Overview
Final project for the Software Engineering course at Arkavidia Academy 2025. Built a LinkedIn-inspired professional networking platform that bridges students and companies through job postings, events, and professional profiles. Focused on creating an intuitive user experience and robust frontend architecture.
Problem & Objective
Students and companies often lack efficient platforms to connect for internships, job opportunities, and professional events. Traditional job boards don't provide the interactive, profile-based experience that modern professionals expect. This project aimed to create a comprehensive platform that serves both user types effectively.
My Contribution
- Architected the entire frontend application using React and modern state management
- Implemented role-based routing and authentication flows for Students and Companies
- Designed and built dynamic form components for profile creation and job postings
- Integrated REST APIs for real-time data synchronization with backend services
- Developed responsive UI components using Tailwind CSS for consistency across devices
- Implemented Zustand for efficient global state management

Challenges
